My, what a chance we had for exploring the relationships between our characters and developing them in new and interesting ways. But semi-invisible Neopet fairies is just as good, I guess.
Please comment and enjoy.
EDIT: If you found this comic via the Last Airbender sub-reddit, I am indeed the person who posted it there. A friend of mine pointed out that they were being linked to there, so I decided to just post one myself.
You know, it sounds a lot more absurd when Bumi says it.
I LOVEE ITTTT
LULZ and the sarcasm award for most insensitive goes toooooooooo KYA!!!!!!!!(just kidding) BUUUUUMMMMMIIIIII!!!!!!
ladies and gentlemen the sarcasm award for most subtle goes to kya(just kidding)BUMIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well that is all true
Well, he did. :/
lol, Bumi. That was 40-something years of pent up "I've waited so long to say that" frustration.
dat baby!! XD
"But semi-invisible Neopet fairies is just as good," ahhh you know neopets?
I don't blame Bumi, I would have done the same. Hell, I do this every time I can in real life
Well technically he was 112 Bumi.
Wow, it really shows just how badass Aang was.
Nice. Real nice, Bumi.
I don't think I remember Aang doing that.
Season 1, part one of the winter solstice episode.
Man, I do forget a lot about this series. Haven't watched it since it ended.
Another excellent comic. Honestly, I'm really glad you didn't focus this strip on the Masami drama. It's like people missed the other 20 minutes of TV that played around the shipping.
Bumi was a bit of an ass, but I think it fits the scenario they've created (middle aged siblings with daddy issues). I've been party to a situation somewhat similar to this and it gets rough. I'm pretty sure all this daddy stuff is leading to an Aang cameo once the three of them get into the spirit world.
Thanks. I just hope they give these issues with Tenzin and his siblings the time and exploration they deserve, if not at least a nice resolution.
Bumi definitely earned his name
Kaya's all like "...go eat a lettuce leaf or something."
I must say that those dragonfly bunny spirits were frickin' adorable. I have a weakness for bunnies.
I think it's the insect wings that turned me off.
I wish the writers developed those characters beyond their daddy issues.
I think I'd just like it if they actually resolved the daddy issues. Or even just explored them more deeply.
Bumi really knows how to drive the point home. I wanted more talking and CD to. Wonder what kind of ahrooms Jinora ate XD
Bumi is a jerk but i wont say Tenzin didnt deserve some of that lol
Wonderful. Seems like Kya is the only adult Aang child. I enjoy her relationship with Jinora. Like a big sister. I wish the creators had left her as the oldest child. Love how you have drawn her. last panel is classic... "Yeah.. you went there Bumi, Didn't yuh."
